	Japanese Printings and Adaptations: - An OVA was made, Mermaid's Scar, adapted from the story "Mermaid's Scar" from this volume. USA Printings and Adaptations: - Viz Communications also published a comic-book edition of Mermaid's Scar (the story, not the compilation book), and the other stories from this volume: Mermaid's Promise, Mermaid's Mask, Mermaid's Dream, and Mermaid's Gaze. There were individual issues published, each with a watercolored cover of Takahashi's artwork. - Viz Communications also published a compliation book entitled Mermaid's Scar, which the complete stories: Mermaid's Scar, Mermaid's Promise, Mermaid's Mask, Mermaid's Dream, and Mermaid's Gaze There are no color pictures. - An OVA was made, Mermaid's Scar, adapted from the story "Mermaid's Scar." Available dubbed only, from Viz Video, for $24.95.
