Sailor-V Intro to Chapter 13
	
	"Be Prepared" That was the motto from a long time ago (back in 
elementary school) when I was in the girl scouts (it was the 
Yamanashidai group. I wonder if it's still around). We did alot of 
fundraising for Unicef. At the Koofu intersection, the junior 
girlscouts (jr and high school) were always getting picked up by guys. 
Camping and orientation were so much fun. But the funniest thing was 
borrowing mangas from each other. We kept lending each other scary 
mangas by Uehara Kimiko and Miura Suzue. I was always looking forward 
to Saturday.

	In order to draw this manga, after staying up all night I took Osabu 
to Ginza, and I took loads of pictures as they sucked out 800cc of 
blood. Osabu looked so white afterwards. I'm sorry Osabu! Thanks so 
much!
