I love love love love this cel!! This is of Nishikado Sojirou kissing Shizuka Todou from episodes 3 and 4 when Shizuka first returns from France. All four of the F4 kiss her, shocking Tsukushi. (Volume 2 Manga, Episodes 3 and 4 TV) You can check Nishikado out here in my Anime Guys Shrine.
