Cel Info: I adore this cel ^_^! This is from the new DBZ episodes, post Cell-Saga, when Vegeta and his young son Trunks are training in the gravity room. Vegeta is shocked to see Trunks go Super Saiya-jin for the first time at such a young age. He then tells Trunks that he will take him to the amusement park if Trunks can lay a punch on him. Trunks is totally enthusiastic about this ^_^ hence the smile.
